Credit: NASA GSFC Scientific Visualization Studio The Earth is a constantly changing place, with complex environmental conditions that affect our everyday lives. The ever-changing surface of our planet affects decisions on how we use natural resources, develop our land, and cultivate our crops. SSAI works closely with scientists who focus on studying the fluctuating aspects of Earth by looking down from space. We provide the expertise needed to develop and maintain the data-gathering satellites used in land science research, collect and analyze the data captured by those satellites, and create algorithms that ensure that the data are accurate. SSAI believes that by understanding our Earth, we can make wise decisions on how to live on it.
