Job Description:

SSAI is currently seeking a Lead Facilities Administrator Supervisor with a positive, “can do” attitude to support various administrative activities and projects within the company at our SSAI facilities. Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage and develop facilities staff
  • Track workflow and compliance in meeting quality objectives
  • Work with building management/maintenance on facility-related issues
  • Provide facility-related support for staff located at SSAI facilities
  • Coordinate with facilities/property teams to ensure all company facilities are following the same procedures
  • Maintain security (key/badge) control for all SSAI facilities
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, both on- and off-site
  • Manage front desk/reception-area backup support
  • Management and maintenance of fleet vehicles
  • Establish relationships with vendors
  • Manage and control costs related to facilities purchases
  • Approve supply orders and other facility related costs
  • Oversee and coordinate internal travel programs and policies with programs travel administrators
  • Monitor and oversee receiving functions
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and basic math skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and take on new challenges
  • Professional manner, with ability to practice discretion, courteousness, and excellent customer service
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external customers
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record to be able to drive company vehicle to and from events
