SSAI Places 2nd for "Hampton Roads Top Workplaces 2019"SSAI has placed 2nd in the midsize employer category for the Hampton Roads Inside Business journal’s “Hampton Roads Top Workplaces 2019” award! The 2019 award winners were celebrated at an awards ceremony held on September 16, 2019 in Hampton, VA.

Formerly known as “Best Places to Work,” the yearly Inside Business recognition program was renamed Top Workplaces for 2019. Over 35 employers participated in this year’s survey. Combined, they employ more than 6000 employees. This year, 25 employers earned recognition as Top Workplaces.  As in previous years, the list of winners is based solely on employee feedback and honors companies in the community that go above and beyond to create a positive working environment for their employees. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including company culture, employee satisfaction, benefits, community involvement, and employee development.

This marks SSAI’s 10th consecutive year placing among the top companies for this award. We want to extend our thanks once again to all the employees who took time to complete the survey. We appreciate your continued commitment to SSAI’s vision of being an industry leader in the application of science, engineering and technology to improve the quality of life today and in the future!
